I headed to my local ULTA this past weekend to hit up their winter clearance sale (up to 85% off - a seriously fabulous sale). After walking around the store a few times, I came across a shelf that made my heart race - the beauty-buy of the month. ULTA has partnered exclusively with Smashbox to offer an amazing deal.
